Start of a new Specvis homepage and some other key information

New homepage

Due to the constant development of Specvis and all its related content I decided to start a new homepage for the application. This new website is, in my opinion, more concise and clear than the previous one.

It's divided into 5 main sections: Home, News, For User, Download, and Contact. Home serves as a Specvis "business card". It has mainly the advertising purpose. In News we are now. You can deduce, that it will provide any new information about Specvis and all its related content; this include descriptions of new releases, conference reports, and studies. For User section contains all key information necessary to start work with Specvis, i.e. Tutotorials, Documentation, and Support. This section provide also link to the Specvis source code located in the GitHub repository. You can also share with me your idea how Specvis can be developed further - for this purpose use contact form in Share Your Idea section. In Download section you can download the latest version of Specvis and get other useful materials. Finally, if there is anything you want to ask me, you can go to the Contact section.

Specvis versioning system

From now on Specvis versions will be described by two digits, e.g. '1.0'. New releases will be numbered '1.1', '1.2' etc. For new release to occur one or both assumptions must be fulfilled: 1) Specvis introduces a new functionality which changes/improve how it works; 2) many bugs are fixed. Current version of Specvis is '1.0'.

GitHub repository

The complete source code (exported IntelliJ IDEA project) and executables (*.zip file contains everything you need to run Specvis) for the latest Specvis version will be always located in the 'latest_build' folder in the Specvis GitHub repository. From the other hand, if you are interested in using older Specvis builds, than look into the 'old_builds' folder.

Everything "around" those two folders is a working ground for a new future realease of Specvis. So don't be surprised if content of e.g. the 'src' folder will change few times a week etc.
